Why should I become a member of WHC?
If you employ people, at some point in time you will experience a situation that will lead you to want to conduct an investigation, consider discipline or to deal with poor performance. In the event that you are litigated against or have a claim made against you in the FWC, you will have a greater chance of defending your actions, because you’ve followed a process, used well developed templates etc.
